网络环境下侦查与犯罪情报主客体关系的嬗变

摘　　要：侦查的目的在于获取犯罪情报。在传统的社会环境中,由于受到多种因素的影响,侦查主体往往不能获取充分的犯罪情报,从而使侦查活动处于被动的地位。在不断发展的网络信息技术广泛应用于生活、生产的社会大背景下,通过网络技术的运用,侦查主体逐渐形成了体系化的犯罪情报系统,侦查与犯罪情报的主客体关系也发生了变化。通过对比分析不同社会环境下侦察与犯罪情报的具体关系,得出当前犯罪情报逐渐成为侦查活动的主体的结论,促进侦查体系的进一步完善。The purpose of the investigation is to get criminal intelligence. In traditional social environment, influenced by many factors, the investigation body often cannot obtain sufficient criminal intelligence, so that put investigative activities in a passive position. In the social background of evolving information technology widely used in daily life, through the use of network technology, the investigation body gradually formed a systemized criminal intelligence system, the host-guest relation between the the investigation and criminal intelligence has changed. Through comparative analysis of specific relations between the investigation and criminal intelligence in different social environments,obtain the conclusion that current criminal intelligence gradually becomes the main body of the investigation activities to promote the further improvement of the system of investigation.
