校企共建技术创新联合体的研究与实践——以广东农工商职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：区域经济结构的调整和产业的转型升级对高职教育服务社会带来新的机遇与挑战。基于国内外校企合作、产学研合作模式进行比较和分析,阐述符合我国国情的高职院校与企业的合作模式——校企共建技术创新联合体的功能定位,并通过实证分析其优势——既可以提高企业的经济效益,又可以提高高职院校的社会服务能力。The adjustment of regional economic structure and the upgrading of industry bring new opportunities challenges to higher vocational education serving society. Based on the comparison and analysis of the domestic and foreign school-enterprise cooperation and production-education-research cooperation mode, the paper expounds the functional orientation of technology innovation consortium by joint construction of college and enterprise, which is the cooperation mode of higher vocational colleges with enterprises and in line with the situation of China. The advantages of this mode are analyzed. It can not only improve enterprise＇s economic performance, but also improve social service abilities of higher vocational colleges.
