试论中药药性理论的整体性

摘　　要：中药药性理论是中医药基础理论的重要组成部分,但现有教材中所阐述的中药药性理论部分内容缺失或不完善。文章试从理论内涵、适用对象两个方面,论述该理论的整体性特点。1从理论内涵角度讲,完整的中药药性理论应包含"性"和"能"两层含义。"性"是药物的性质,即四气、五味、升降浮沉等基础药性;"能"是药物的功能,即基本功能药性、衍化功能药性、配伍功能药性,它是联结基本药性要素和药物具体治证之间的桥梁,是构成中药药性理论的重要组成部分;2从适用对象角度讲,中药复方与中药饮片一样都属于中药的范畴,也都应具备相应的药性。以上内容将进一步丰富和完善中药药性理论。The property theory of TCM is an important component in basic theory of TCM, but part of the property theory is missing or incomplete in existing text books. This paper will expound holistic features of the property theory from theoretical connotation and applicable object. 1 From the view of the property theory connotation, the complete property theory should include two meanings： ＂performance＂ and ＂function＂. ＂Performance＂ is the nature of drugs, which mainly refers to basic properties such as the four natures, five flavors, lifting and lowing, etc; ＂function＂ is the function of medicine, including the basic functional medicine property, derived medicine property, compatibility of functional medicine property, which is a bridge linking the elements of basic medicine property and specific treatment syndromes of drugs, and it is an important part of the medicinal property theory. 2 From the perspective of applicable object, both the compound prescribes of herbal medicinal and Chinese herbal pieces belong to the traditional Chinese medicine category, and should have the corresponding medicinal property. These above contents will further enrich and perfect the property theory of Chinese medicine.
