摘　　要：[目的]获取乳酸高产菌株。[方法]以紫外线为诱变剂,对出发菌株凝结芽胞杆菌进行诱变和筛选。[结果]经诱变,发酵产L-乳酸由24.3g/L上升至37.2g/L。[结论]选育出一株遗传性状稳定的高产菌株FYFJ20。[Objective]The aim was to obtain high yield strains of lactic acid.[Method]Taking ultraviolet ray as mutagenic agent, the starting strains condensational bacillus coli were mutagenized and screened.[Result] The results showed that the productivity of L-lactic acid fermentation by 24.3g/L rose to 37.2g/L, by mutagenization. [Conclusion] A stable genetic traits of high yield strain FYFJ20.was bred.
