辣木直播育苗与沙床育苗成本效益比较研究——基于安宁河干热河谷辣木规模化种植的视角

摘　　要：以辣木籽为材料,采用直播育苗与沙床育苗法;种子处理设置常温清水浸种4 h育苗、56℃清水浸种4 h育苗和1%多菌灵浸种4 h育苗3个处理组,对不同育苗方式的出苗率、成苗率、播种后60 d株高及株均成本进行观察比较。结果表明,直播育苗平均出苗率为75.2%,低于沙床育苗的82.2%(P<0.05),而成苗率为73.7%和71.5%,差异不显著(P>0.05);播种后60 d株高为41.3 cm和38.7 cm,差异不显著(P>0.05),不同育苗方式对辣木后期生长影响较小。直播育苗与沙床育苗株均成本为1.222元和1.608元,直播育苗成本较低。辣木直播育苗具有较好的经济性,在辣木规模化种植中具有良好的应用前景。Taking seeds of Moringa oleifera as materials,the experiment was based on the method of direct seeding and sand bed, seed treatment set three treatment groups,including normal temperature water soaking for 4 hours,56℃ water soaking for 4 hours and 1% multi bacteria diisothiocyanatomethane soaking for 4 hours seedling. The rate of seedling emergence, seedling rate ,plant height and plant average cost of 60 days of different treatments were observed and compared. The results showed, average germination rate of direct seedlings was 75.2%, lower than the 82.2% sand bed seedling （P〈0.05）, rate of seedling emergence was from 73.7% and 71.5%, the difference was not significant （P〉0.05） ;60 days after sowing, plant height was 41.3 cm and 38.7cm ,the difference was not significant （P〉0.05） ,effect of different ways of Moringa oleifera seedlings on late growth was less. The cost of direct seeding and sandy bed seedling were 1.222 yuan and 1.608 yuan,costs of direct seedlings was less. The direct seeding has a good economy,it has a good application prospect in the scale of planting.
