摘 要:目的探讨适用于所有乳制品中安赛蜜测定的样品前处理方法。方法对乳制品样品进行前处理方法的实验对比研究,寻找适宜的样品前处理方法。结果采用本法处理样品,过滤可得到澄清液体,测定色谱图基线平直,无杂峰,无拖尾现象,对安赛蜜测定无干扰。牛奶中安赛蜜的含量为0.097 g/kg^0.105 g/kg,均值为0.100 g/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.7%。对2种品牌的儿童成长牛奶、AD钙奶及一种纯牛奶进行了加标回收实验在0.10 g/kg、0.30 g/kg2种加标水平下,回收率为95.0%~110.0%,平均回收率为102.0%。结论本法快速、准确、重现性好,环保、卫生、安全可靠,适用于所有乳制品中安赛蜜测定的样品前处理。Objective To study the pretreatment method for determination of acesulfame in dairy products. Methods By comparative study,to establish an appropriate pretreatment method for determination of acesulfame in dairy products. Results Using this method to process samples,clarified liquid can be got by filtering,and the chromatogram baseline was straight,without impurity and tail phenomenon,which had no interference in the determination of acesulfame. The concentration of acesulfame detected in samples was among 0. 097 g / kg- 0. 105 g / kg,with the mean value of 0. 100 g / kg. The relative standard deviation( RSD) was 3. 7%. The children growth milk and AD calcium milk in 2 brands and pure milk were conducted for recovery experiments. When spiked at 0. 10 g / kg,0. 30 g / kg,the recoveries rates were among 95. 0%- 110. 0%,with the average recoveries of 102. 0%. Conclusion The method is rapid,accurate,reproducible,environmental friendly,clean,secure and reliable,it can be used for the sample pretreatment in determination of acesulfame in dairy products.
