摘  要:随着高等教育走向大众化,配备研究生兼职辅导员已为大部分高校所采用。研究生兼职辅导员在高校所扮演的角色也由原先单一的学生角色转化为学习者、管理者及被管理者的多重角色,相应的权利与权力也随之发生变化。基于权力与权利的视角对角色多重性冲突的根源予以分析,厘清其权利与权力差异及负面影响,以期能够更进一步探索研究生兼职辅导员角色定位的制度、专业化及自我的调适途径。With the popularization of Higher Education, using graduate students as part-rime counselors has become a common phenomenon in most universities. The role played by gradu- ate student part-time counselors in most universities has been transformed from the single role of student to the multiple role combining learner, manager and managed object. Meanwhile, the corresponding rights and power have also been changed. This paper analyzes the root of multiple role conflicts from the perspective of right and power, clarifies the difference between the part-time counselors' rights and power and its negative influence, in order to explore the institution, professional ways and self-adjustment approaches for graduate student part-time counselors' role positioning.
