开展死因统计与临床培训的几点体会

摘　　要：目前我国的死因统计教学还不能很好的实现教学目标,各地区水平差异较大,尤其是刚开展此项工作的地区,存在师资缺乏、经验不足、培训效果不理想等问题,导致收集上报的数据质量差,不能到达预期目的,为了提高我国的死因统计教学水平,达到预期的培训效果,需要因材施教,同时,采用灵活多样的教学方法,并对培训效果进行评价。本文结合实际教学的特点和经验,提出一系列教学方法和建议,以期对全国各地和各医疗卫生机构的培训提供参考。At present, the cause of death statistics teaching has not been able to achieve a good education objective in China. The regional differences are still very big, especially in the area that just begins to carry out this wok. The lack of teachers, teaching experience and poor training effect leads to poor quality of reported data, which can＇t reach the expected purpose. In order to improve our standard of the cause of death statistics teaching to achieve the training effect, individualized teaching method is needed, as well as the evaluation of the training effectiveness. According to the characteristics of the practical teaching and experience, this paper puts forward a series of teaching methods and suggestions, in order to provide a reference for the training of the cause of death statistics teaching institutions.
