摘  要:2008年金融危机爆发后中国企业对外直接投资(OFDI)区位分布呈现出新特点,投资动机也发生了相应变化。本文将投资动机和新环境下东道国的区位优势相结合,选取2009~2014年中国企业对外直接投资最多的20个国家(地区)作为研究样本,利用贸易引力模型分析中国企业OFDI区位选择的影响因素。研究结果表明,中国企业OFDI具有显著的市场寻求型、自然资源寻求型和效率寻求型动机,但战略资产寻求型动机不显著;东道国良好的投资环境,较高的投资自由度、贸易自由度和国际互联网覆盖率有利于吸引中国企业直接投资,在互联网、电子商务等信息技术迅速发展的环境下,物流成本对中国企业OFDI区位选择的影响作用不显著。The location distribution of Chinese enterprises outward foreign direct investment( OFDI) presents new characteristics after 2008 financial crisis. And the investment motivations are also changed accordingly. In this paper,the investment motivations and location advantages of host countries are combined,20 countries( regions) with the most OFDI of Chinese enterprises during 2009 ~ 2014 are selected as research samples,affecting factors of Chinese enterprises OFDI location choice are analyzed through trade gravity model. The results indicate that there are significant motivations of market seeking,natural resource seeking and efficiency seeking for Chinese enterprises OFDI,but the motivation of strategic asset seeking is not significant. The better the investment environment,the higher the investment freedom,the trade freedom and the international internet coverage of host countries are beneficial to attract Chinese enterprises OFDI. In the internet,e-commence and other information technology rapidly developing environment,logistics costs will not have significant impact on Chinese enterprises OFDI location choice.
