摘　　要：本文对示范性高职院校后勤管理的重要性及意义加以阐述,对现阶段的后勤管理问题以及成因加以分析,最后探究解决高职院校后勤管理和服务的有效对策,期望对高职院校后勤管理与服务工作起到一定指导作用。This paper is mainly on the importance and significance of the logistic management in model higher vocational colleges. It is expected to guide the practice through this theory study analyzing the present logistics management problems and the causes, finally exploring the solutions to the effective countermeasures of higher vocational colleges management and service.
