高职图书馆开展创新教育和培养创造型人才的探究

摘　　要：目前,国家各个单位的图书馆都在不断迅速发展,致力于开展创新教育和培养创造型人才。本文主要结合高职院校内图书馆学生实际利用状况,对其开展创新教育和创造型人才展开深刻的探究和讨论,希望在总结经验的前提下,给其他图书馆开展创新教育和培养创造型人才提供一定的帮助和参考。At present, the national libraries of all units have been developing rapidly, are committed to carry out innovative education and cultivate creative talent. In this paper, according to the actual utilization of the libraries in higher vocational colleges, profound research and discussion are carried out about innovative education and cultivating creative talent. On the premise of summarizing experience, it is expected to offer some help and reference for other libraries to train creative talents and carry out the innovation education.
