转型时期地方师范院校的发展策略思考——基于遵义师范学院毕业生质量跟踪调查

摘　　要：转型时期的地方师范院校,为了突出地方应用技术型特色,往往丢掉自身师范的优势和特色,出现定位不准,方向不明等问题。文章基于遵义师范学院毕业生质量跟踪调研情况,对于转型时期地方师范院校发展策略就准确办学定位、突出传统特色、加强职业道德教育和实践教学体系等方面提出了一些思考。In the transitional period, the strong points about normal education can not be found or promoted in local normal colleges in order to cater to the needs of applied technology, resulting in some problems like no focus, unclear orientation in education, etc. On the basis of the follow-up survey of the graduates from Zunyi Normal College, the author of this paper puts forwards some thoughts on how to locate the orientation of running a normal college, highlight the traditional distinctive features, etc, in the transitional period.
