摘　　要：计算机类毕业生当前就业中的结构性矛盾突出。究其原因,主要为三个"不匹配",即个人素质与单位需求不匹配,就业指导与学生需求不匹配,就业观念与就业形势不匹配。研究表明,应该从深化高校教育教学改革,完善就业指导与服务机制,推进创新创业教育,端正就业心态这四个方面入手以解决该问题。Structural contradictions is the main problem in the employment of computer graduates.The reasons mainly contain Three Mismatching,personal quality not match with the needs for company,employment guidance not match with the needs for students,employment concept not match with employment situation.The research shows that deepening teaching reform,perfecting employment guidance and service system,promoting innovative education and correcting attitude can solve the problems.
