摘 要:文章通过对28位中高层管理人员的实地访谈和两次问卷调查,经探索性因素分析(302个有效样本)和验证性因素分析(656个有效样本)开发了一个中国本土企业转型变革过程中管理者情感依恋测度量表。结果表明:管理者情感依恋由生活依恋、工作依恋和情境依恋3个因子构成,生活依恋与工作依恋呈正相关关系,二者还分别与情境依恋呈正相关关系。研究内容不仅给培育组织情感文化带来了启示,同时也为通过情感策略推动企业转型变革提供了新途径。This paper develops a three-dimensional concept of manager' s affective attachment. This concept includes life attachment, work attachment, and context attachment. Based on this concept, this paper conducted two studies to develop and validate a three-dimensional manager' s affective attachment measure and examine the relationship among the three dimensions. Results from field study provides basic items of scale; empirical study provides evidence of credibility and validity of the scale, and demonstrates that: each of the life attachment and work attachment has positive relationship with context attachment, while life attachment has positive relationship with context attachment. Overall, these empirical results support the three- dimensional model proposed in this paper.
