摘  要:探讨临床医学专业学位硕士研究生与住院医师规范化培训相结合的"四证合一"培养方式的实践价值。将131名临床医学专业学位硕士研究生分为两组,51名学生采用"四证合一"培养方式,为实验组;80名学生按照传统专业学位硕士研究生方式培养,为对照组。对两组学生的学业基础背景、临床能力和就业状况进行比较,发现"四证合一"实验组学生的临床技能和就业状况均优于对照组学生。"四证合一"教学具有相当的可行性和优越性,但是也存在一定问题。今后需要合理安排教学和培训时间,合理评估和使用临床技能考核成绩,加强教学的准备工作。To investigate the practical value of " Four Licenses in One" method in Clinical Medical Graduated Education. 131 clinical medicine graduate students were divided into two groups. 51 students were trained by the " Four Licenses in One" method as the experimental group,other 80 students were trained by the traditional way as a control group. Two groups of students on the basis of academic background,clinical skills and employment status were compared,and to explore the problems and propose solutions. The student's clinical skills and employment conditions in experimental group were better than that of control group. But there were several problems exist,such as scheduling conflicts in education,correct understand the value of clinical skills examination results,inadequate preparation for the difficulties and problems faced by the teaching methods. The " Four Licenses in One" teaching method has considerable feasibility and superiority. However,better schedule,appropriate use of clinical skills assessment results,good paperwork preparing and increasing budget are needed in the future.
