摘　　要："毕业即圆梦"模式是美国学校综合改革模式的成功典范,它旨在为处境不利儿童提供公平而有质量的公立学校教育,提高他们的高中毕业率和大学升学率。它在缩小教育差距,推动教育公平方面取得了卓越的成就。Project GRAD USA is a successful model of the comprehensive school reform. Its mission is to ensure a quality public school education for students in low-income areas, so that high school graduation rates will increase and the graduates are prepared to enter and be successful in college. Project GRAD USA has made remarkable achievements in narrowing the achievement gap of education and promote educational fairness. The successful experience of Project GRAD USA has important guiding significance for improving the quality of education and promoting equity of basic education.
