摘　　要：随着我国食品工业快速发展,食品行业需要越来越多的专业技能型人才。通过对黑龙江地区食品企业的深入调研,分析了食品行业的用人需求,重点阐述食品营养与检测专业相关的工作岗位及岗位能力需要,为专业建设和人才培养提供借鉴。With the rapid development of China＇s food industry, the food industry needs more and more professional and technical talents. Through the investigation of food enterprises in Heilongjiang,it analyzed the demand of the food industry and focused on the jobs and position competency of Food Nutrition and Detection major. It provides reference for the professional construction and personnel training.
