摘  要:为解决腾庆选煤厂密度控制系统稳定性与抗干扰性差的问题,在原PI控制系统中引入微分控制,以增加系统的稳定性;引入积分分离法和抗积分饱和法,防止系统产生较大的超调和长时间的波动以及执行机构溢出;对微分项进行不完全微分改进,以提高系统的抗干扰性;在系统中引入死区控制,以避免系统频繁波动。经过技术改进后的控制系统调节速度快,稳定性强,控制精高,满足了现场生产需求。The density control system used at Tengqing Coal Nashery suffers from the drawbacks of being low in stability and anti-interferense capability. For tackling this problem,renovation is made of the existing control system through taking the following measures: introduction of derivation control for higher stability of the control system; introduction of integral separation and anti-integral saturation methods for guarding against excessive over-regulation,long-time fluctuation and overflow of actuating mechanism;incomplete improvement of differential terms for higher anti-interference capability; and introduction of dead zone control for avoiding frequent fluctuation of system. The renovated control system proves to be high in system regulation speed,working stability and control accuracy,well meeting the requirement of field operation.
