摘　　要：情态副词"怪"曾在历史上出现过,但其产生于西汉而非何乐士所认为的先秦。程度副词"怪"在框式结构"怪V"中的语法化是由于"怪"长期占据着重要地位,同时,V具有主观性、性状义和程度义的结果;而在框式结构"怪A"中的语法化是因为语境吸收的结果。The modal adverb GUAI（怪）had appeared in the history of Chinese language, but it produced in the Western Han Dynasty and not in the pre-Qin period. Grammaticalization of the degree adverb GUAI（怪） in the discontinuous construction GUAI V（＂怪 V＂）is because GUAI has ever been in the adverbial place and V has subjectivity, adjectial meaning and degree meaning, and the discontinuous construction GUAI A（＂怪 A＂） is the result of context assimilation.
