降雨对部队公路机动行程时间可靠性的影响

摘　　要：部队公路机动直接影响着战斗力的生成,其行程时间可靠性决定着战斗力的发挥。研究了降雨条件下部队公路机动行程时间可靠性,通过回归分析法得出降雨条件下部队公路机动理想行程时间与公路通行能力的修正系数,构建部队公路机动行程时间可靠性模型,并运用蒙特卡罗仿真法对模型进行求解。The road mobile of troops has direct impact on the generation of fighting force and its travel time reliability determines the effectiveness of the latter. In this paper,travel time reliability of the road mobile of troops under rainfall is studied. Through regression analysis,the modified coefficient of ideal travel time between road mobile of troops and road capacity is obtained and the model of travel time reliability is built and solved with Monte Carlo. The result is of reference value to the decision-making concerning road mobile of troops under rainfall.
