摘　　要：发展农村义务教育最为根本的就是教育经费问题,通过农村义务教育经费投入体制、管理体制、保障体制三个研究角度出发,分析出是由于宏观研究空泛,微观层面研究不足,研究主题的嬗变等,要求我们在今后的研究中要提高教育经费预算的等级、健全投入监管机制、引入第三方评估机构,从而进一步保证农村义务教育稳固发展。The most fundamental problem in the development of rural compulsory education is the problem of funds. Starting from such three research perspectives as the investment system, management system and guarantee system of funds for rural compulsory education, this paper analyzes the causes of the problem,such as superficial macroscopic research, insufficient microscopic research and capricious subjects of research themes. In order to ensure the stable development of rural compulsory education,we should improve the level of education budgets, perfect the investment supervision system, and introduce third-party evaluation institutions.
