基于成长需求的高中毕业生大学专业选择研究——以西南边疆少数民族地区高中毕业生为例

摘　　要：本研究以西南边疆少数民族地区高中毕业生的成长需求为研究基点,探讨西南边疆少数民族地区高中毕业生的大学专业选择问题,了解他们的成长需求以及选择大学专业的主要依据。以此为基础,从高中毕业生自身、高中学校、高中教师以及高等学校等方面加强对西南边疆少数民族地区高中毕业生成长需求的关注,指导他们结合自己的成长需求选择大学专业。Based on the growth needs of high school graduates from the ethnic minority regions of southwest borderland, this paper explores the problems that they are faced with when they choose college majors, in order to learn about their growth needs and the main basis when they choose college majors. Using it as a base, this paper attempts to raise the attention to their growth needs from their own, schools, teachers, colleges and so on. The aim is to guide the selection of college majors in combination with their growth needs.
