摘　　要：该文通过试验讨论了在厚层通风制曲中水和葡萄糖溶液的添加量及添加浓度,确定了补料降温工艺的技术参数,并阐述了应用该工艺的优势之处。The amount of water solution and glucose solution,the concentration of glucose solution are confirmed byexperiments.This paper determines the process condition and expounds the advantages of this technology.
