摘  要:高职院校青年教师职称不高、教龄不长,资源不多、教学繁重,希望提升科研能力,但研究方向和目标不够明确。文章根据高校教科研实际情况,剖析高职院校教学与科研的关系,提出高职院校青年教师科研与教学必须同时发力,在教学中寻找研究课题,用研究推进教学开展,为地方经济建设服务,走出高职科研的新路。Young Teachers in higher vocational colleges don't have senior title, long teaching experience or enough social resources but bear the heavy task of teaching, so they want enhance their ability through scientific research. However, the research direction and goal are not clear. According to the actual situation of scientific research in institutions of higher learning, the paper analyzes the relationship between teaching and research in higher vocational colleges, proposing that the scientific research and teaching must develop at the same time so as to serve the local economic construction.
