摘 要:目的探讨小班制PBL+CBL教学法在循证医学培训中的应用效果。方法 2015年7~8月对我院10名志愿者进行小班制PLB+CBL循证医学培训,运用理论考试、软件操作测试、问卷调查及座谈会的方式进行培训效果评估。结果 10名志愿者顺利完成培训。其理论成绩较培训前明显提升(P〈0.01),Rev Man软件和Meta-Di Sc软件掌握率100%,大二与大三学生培训效果无明显差异(P=0.61)。结论将小班制PBL+CBL教学法应用于循证医学培训能获得良好的培训效果,能使学生较好地掌握循证医学相关知识、技能,培养学生证据思维,提高学生自学和创新能力。Objective To investigate the effect of small class sizes problem based learning(PBL) combining with case based learning(CBL) in evidence based medicine(EBM) training. Methods From July to August in2014, ten volunteers took part in the EBM training by using PLB + CBL teaching method. The theory examination, software operating testing, questionnaire, and seminars were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness. Results All of the volunteers completed the training successfully. Comparing with pre-training,theory scores increase significantly(P〈0.01). The accepted ratio of Rev Man and Meta-Di Sc software was 100%.The training effect had no significant difference between sophomores and juniors(P=0.61). Conclusion The small class sizes PLB + CBL yields a favorable effects in EBM training. It is beneficial to students master the relevant knowledge and skills of EBM preferably, cultivate the evidence thinking, improve the self-learning and scientific innovation ability.
