摘  要:目的了解北京市大兴区学校、幼儿园直接饮用水水质微生物状况,为提高学校幼儿园饮用水卫生质量提供参考依据。方法依照GB/T 5750.12—2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法微生物指标》和GB/T 8538—2008《饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》进行检测,并对北京市大兴区2013-2014年教育机构直饮水的检测结果进行统计分析。结果2013-2014年共检测学校直饮水样179件,5件样品检出铜绿假单胞菌;44件样品菌落总数≥100 CFU/m L;10件样品总大肠菌群阳性;耐热大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌均阴性。结论教育机构直饮水卫生安全状况有待大幅提高,需进一步优化改进生产制作工艺,加强饮用水卫生安全的监管指导,完善相关卫生标准,保障学生的饮水安全。Objective To analyze the direct drinking water microorganism quality of schools and kindergartens in Daxing District,Beijing, improve drinking water hygienic quality. Methods The samples were detected accordance to GB / T5750. 12—2006 the drinking water standard test method for microbial indicators and GB / T 8538—2008 natural mineral water test method. Statistical analysis was carried out to understand the present situation. Results 179 samples of direct drinking water were detected during 2013- 2014. There were 5 samples Pseudomonas aeruginosa positive; 10 samples Escherichia coli positive;all of the samples thermotolerant coliform bacteria and Escherichia coli negative. total number of coliform group was more than or equal to 100 cfu / m Lin 44 samples. Conclusion Educational institutions should improve direct drinking water safety and health status. It is important to optimize the process of production and manufacture,strengthen supervision and guidance of health andsafety of drinking water,improve the relevant health standard,and protect the student's drinking water safety.
