摘　　要：通过对普通高校《大学计算机基础》课教材和教学现状分析,提出了转型高校《大学计算机基础》课程的开发原则和课程开发标准。《大学计算机基础》课程的改革将有利于全面培养学生的计算机应用能力和创新能力,促进学校转型和发展。The paper proposes the principles and standards for the development of the course of Computer Fundamentals for College Students in application- oriented universities on the basis of an analysis over current textbooks and teaching status of the course in other regular institutions of higher learning. The reform on the course will be beneficial for the training of students＇ abilities in computer application and innovation,and helpful for the transformation and further development of universities of the type.
