摘　　要：随着社会发展、经济增长和科技进步,我国对高水平应用型人才的需求不断增加。本科阶段的大学教育应以应用型人才培养为目标,建立以职业需求为导向的课程体系,以能力培养为宗旨的实践体系,组建双师型师资队伍,制定有效的教学质量管理与保障机制,扩展校企合作广度与深度,加快应用型人才培养模式的探索。High- level application- oriented talents are increasingly needed along with China ＇ s social development,economic growth and scientific progress. This requires that university education should design a curriculum guided by occupational demands with a practical course system aiming at improving learners＇ capabilities to provide application-oriented talents to the society. To achieve such a goal,the following tasks have to be done such as establishing a team of teachers with double qualifications,preparing effective teaching quality management system and warranty mechanism,expanding and deepen the university-company cooperation and speeding up the studies on the application-oriented talent training mode.
