摘 要:目的探讨高职护生的专业承诺、心理弹性与归因风格的相关性。方法 2014年4-6月,采取便利抽样的方法抽取山东省某3所高职院校的在校护生1336名,对其进行专业承诺量表、多维度-多归因因果量表、心理弹性量表的问卷调查。结果高职护生的专业承诺总均分为(3.54±5.29)分;专业承诺与心理弹性、归因风格维度中的学业努力和能力呈显著正相关(P<0.05),而与其学业背景和运气呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。分层回归分析显示,心理弹性和内部归因可以预测护生专业承诺水平总变异的15.2%。结论高职护生的专业承诺处于中等水平,增强护生的心理弹性水平以及引导其内部归因是提高其专业承诺水平的有效途径。Objective To discuss the relationship among high vocational nursing students' professional commitment,resilience and attribution style.Methods By convenience sampling,1336 high vocational nursing students were selected and investigated by Professional Commitment Scale,MultidimensionalMulti-attribution Causality Scale and Mental Flexibility Scale.Results The overall mean score of professional commitment was(3.54±5.29).Professional commitment was positively correlated with both ability and effort attribution of achievement and resilience(P〈0.05).The professional commitment was negatively correlated with both context and luck attribution of achievement(P〈0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that resilience and internal attribution style could predict 15.2% of the total variance in professional commitment.Conclusions Resilience and internal attribution style are the protective factors of the professional commitment,and enhancing resilience and cultivating the internal attribution style is the effective accesses to improve professional commitment.
