摘　　要：为了助推安徽继续教育信息化建设,服务安徽教育综合改革,为安徽建设学习型社会与终身教育体系提供有力支撑,从功能定位、运行机制、重点任务、保障机制、改革创新等方面对安徽继续教育网络"园区"的建设和发展进行了论述,提出了将"园区"建设成为政府主导、校际合作、信息技术支撑、教学模式改革的远程教育系统,让"园区"成为学习者乐学、教育者乐教、园区建设与管理各司其职、各尽其能的平台。In order to boost the information construction of Anhui continuing education, serve the comprehensive reform of Anhui education and provide strong support for the construction of learning society and life-long education system in Anhui, the paper elaborates the construction and development of Anhui continuing education network park from the following aspectsfunction orientation, operation mechanism, major tasks,guarantee mechanism, reform and innovation, and so on. Then building this park into a distance edu- cation system is put forward, which should be government-oriented, intersehool cooperated, informationtechnology-supported and teaching-model-reformed. Furthermore, the park also is expected to be the platform for learners enjoying learning, educators enjoying teaching, and the departments of construction and management performing their respective duties.
