用无色透明玻璃瓶装果酒的技术探讨

摘　　要：以葡萄酒为例,分析了用无色透明玻璃瓶装果酒应当注意的细节,提出在酒盒中添加遮光涂层、使用遮光瓶包、选用安全无毒的优质玻璃瓶、瓶标与酒色保持一致等技术措施,并引用文献说明这些措施是可行的。Some technical measures in using colorless transparent glass bottle for fruit wine（grape wine as the example in this study） were put forward in this paper including adding light-shield coating in wine box, using light-shield package for bottles, selecting non-toxic high-quality glass bottle, and keeping the consistency of label and wine color, etc. The feasibility of these measures were proved by documental information.
