改善高校校办产业治理机制的探讨

摘　　要：本文根据现代企业制度的原理分析了高校校办产业发展过程中治理机制上存在的问题 ,对实施“一校两制” ,事企分开 ,明晰产权 ,转化机制等内容作了初浅的探讨 ,并对建立相应的管理体系 ,开展界定产权以及产业改制。The problems existing in the aspects of administrative mechanism in the process of development of college's industry are analyzed according to the principles of modern enterprise system.The key issues such as “implementing one college, two systems” ,detaching firms from institution, clearing property rights,and transforming mechanism are primarily investigated.And some operating ideas are put forward in this paper regarding to the issues of establishment of management system,identification of property right, mechanism reformation and re-organization of college's enterprise.
