对河北省高职院校创业教育体系构建的几点思考

摘　　要：河北省高职院校创业教育存在的问题主要有三点:创业课程体系不合理、创业师资队伍不健全以及创业实践环节不完善。针对当前河北省高职院校创业教育体系当中存在的问题,本文试图提出几点具有建设性的改良意见,供创业教育工作者探讨和参考。笔者认为,想要建立完善的创业教育体系,需要结合高职院校学生的特点,认识到创业教育的系统性及学科交叉等特点,将创业教育与专业教育有效结合,使学生在知识、能力、素质三方面协同发展。不仅如此,创业教育工作者还应注重提升自身的综合素质,从根本上认识到创业教育的实质。最后,学校要为学生提供多样化的创业实践平台,为今后实体创业打下良好基础。There are three prominent problems and deficiencies exist in higher vocational colleges＇ entrepreneurial education work in Hebei Province： the entrepreneurship curriculum system is unreasonable, the entrepreneurial faculty is defective, and the entrepreneurial practice is imperfect. In view of the current problems of entrepreneurship education system in higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province, this paper intends to put forward some constructive suggestions for entrepreneurial education workers to explore and reference. The author believes that if we want to set up perfect entrepreneurship education system, it is necessary to combine with the characteristics of higher vocational college students, to realize the systematic and interdisciplinary characteristics of entrepreneurship education, and to combine entrepreneurship education and professional education effectively, so that the students could have a coordinated development in knowledge, ability and quality. Besides, the entrepreneurship education workers should also pay attention to raise their comprehensive quality, and ultimately realize the essence of entrepreneurship education. Finally, colleges should provide students with diverse entrepreneurial practice platform, in order to lay a good foundation for business entity in the future.
