论《景岳全书》调脾胃养生思想

摘　　要：张介宾勤习《内经》,承其脾胃的生理功能及养生原则;十分推崇张仲景"脾旺不受邪"的学术思想、李杲"脾胃为滋养元气之源"的学术思想、薛己"人以脾胃为本"的学术思想,认为胃气即为元气,创"养生家必当以脾胃为先"的学术思想,提出"脾胃为养生之本"理论。张介宾根据"五脏互藏"的学术观点,深入挖掘脾胃在五脏系统中的重要作用,提出了"调脾胃以安五脏"的防病治病思路;根据脾胃虚弱乃病机关键、顾护脾胃能促运化行药力、病后据胃气强弱判断预后的观点,强调脾胃之气在养生治病中的重要意义,并以慎饮食、畅情志、适劳役的方法调护脾胃以养生防病,进而丰富了"脾胃为养生之本"的思想内涵。ZHANG Jiebin studied Neijing and inherited the idea of physiological function of spleen and stomach and the principle of keeping in good health. He believed ZHANG Zhongjing＇s academic thoughts of non-invaded when spleen being strengthened and LI Gao ＇s academic thought of spleen and stomach being the root of keeping in good health and XUE Ji＇s academic ideas of spleen and stomach being the fundamental of body. He thought the stomach-Qi is the vital Qi,putting forward academic ideas of spleen and stomach must be the fundamental of preserving one＇s health as well as the theory of spleen and stomach being the foundation of the keeping in good health. According to the five internal organs to communicate with each other,ZHANG Jiebin deeply studied spleen and stomach＇s important role of five Zang-organs,putting forward the treatment of spleen and stomach in order to protect the five Zang-organs. According to the spleen and stomach weakness being the key of pathogenesis,protecting spleen and stomach can promote transportation and transformation and prognosis judgment according to stomach Qi,it emphasizes the significance of spleen and stomach Qi in health medicine and careful diet,the factors of modern and appropriate prevention method of regulating spleen and stomach in order to preserve one＇s health and enriching the thought of spleen and stomach is the foundation of keeping in good health.
