摘　　要：现有文献对关系负面影响的研究主要集中在关系的实用性和道德性,关系负面影响的环境及关系的阶段性影响等方面。本文从这三个主题出发梳理和评述每个主题的研究核心、脉络和研究成果,并提出研究展望。By reviewing the research progress on guanxi＇s dark sides on business in China,this paper finds that the existing literature focus on utility and morality of guanxi,environmental conditions of guanxi and the stage effects of guanxi＇s dark sides. Based on these three themes,this paper sorts out existing literature and tries to answer research core,context and achievement of each theme. Finally,the paper proposes some suggestions.
