摘  要:目的探讨基于标准病例的病案教学法(CBL)在普外科见习教学中的作用。方法将111例在我院见习的学生随机分为研究组(n=55)和对照组(n=56),分别进行基于标准病例的CBL教学法教学和传统教学法教学,通过理论考核、实践考核和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果研究组学生在病例分析能力和基本操作能力方面的考核结果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012、0.031)。在知识点理解运用能力、临床思维能力、学习兴趣和教学满意度四个方面的问卷调查显示研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于标准病例的CBL教学法有助于提高教学效果、增强学生学习兴趣、提高学生临床思维能力。Objective To explore the role of CBL method in the teaching and apprenticeship of department of surgery.Methods 111 apprentices in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,study group(n=55) and control group(n=56).CBL teaching method and conventional teaching method were adopted respectively and the teaching outcomes were evaluated by theoretical examination,practical examination and questionnaire survey.Results Students from study group had significant better ability in case analysis and basic operation than tat in the control group(P=0.012,0.031).The questionnaire survey showed higher result of study group than control group in the aspects of ability in knowledge understanding and application,clinical thinking ability,learning interest and teaching satisfaction,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion CBL teaching method is helpful in improving the teaching result,increasing students' interests and improving the ability of clinical thinking.
