摘　　要：培育新型职业农民己成为我国解决"三农"问题和发展现代农业的重要举措。新型职业农民培育模式的构建需要以人的全面发展理论、成人教育理论、人力资本理论为基础,必须坚持方向性、适应性、实用性、实践性的基本原则。湖州农民学院在实践探索中构建了管理、运作、模块化教育、专兼职教师队伍、经费运作和质量督导评价"六位一体"新型职业农民培育模式。Cultivating the new-pattern professional peasants has become an important solution to our country＇s three issues ofagriculture, peasant and rural area; and it is also a potential way to develop the modern agriculture. The cultivation model of new-patternprofessional peasants should be constructed on the whole-range human development theory, adult education theory as well as thehuman capital theory. The construction of the cultivation must follow the basic principle of directivity, adaptability, functionality andpracticality. By practice and exploration, Huzhou Farmers College has developed a“six in one”new-pattern professional farmers＇ cultivationmodel which combines management, operation, modular education, full and part-time teachers, funds operation and quality supervision.
