我国城乡学前教育均衡发展的保障机制研究

摘　　要：近年来,国家及社会各界非常重视学前教育事业的发展,财政预算投入逐年增加。但是,我国的学前教育在发展过程中暴露出诸多问题,其中城乡学前教育发展不均衡尤为突出。要解决这一问题,首先,要建立相关保障机制并逐步落实,发挥学前教育法律法规的约束和引导作用;其次,要继续加大对学前教育的经费投入;第三,要强化内部管理,提升学前教育教师的素质;第四,要完善学前教育监督考评制度;第五,建设更符合地域性环境特点的课程;第六,构建"家园"合作机制等。In recent years,our country and people from all walks of life in society attach great importance to the development of preschool education .The budget investment increases year by year .However,the development of preschool education in our country still has many problems ,especially the preschool education development imbal -ance between urban and rural areas .To solve this problem,first of all,relevant guarantee mechanism should be es -tablished and the constraining and guiding functions of preschool sducation laws and regulations should be imple -mented gradually,Second,the funds investment in preschool education should be increased continually .Third, in-ternal management should be strengthened to improve the quality of teachers ;Fourth, the preschool education super -vision and evaluation system should be perfected ;Fifth,courses of more accordance with the characteristics of re -gional environment should be constructed ;Sixth,“Family -kindergarten” cooperation mechanism should be built .
