摘　　要：教师的品德发展是社会需求、职业要求、自身发展等多种因素在教师内心不断权衡、不断建构的结果,而当下经济和社会迅速发展为师德建构提供丰富信息的同时也带来了新的问题:名利思想的侵蚀、应付评价指标而淡化育人本能、职业荣誉感弱化等。要促进良好师德的构建,必须重视外部环境和教师内心的作用,从优化环境、制度建设、积极引导等方面着手开展工作。Teachers' moral character development is the result of social demand, professional requirements, its own development, and other factors.The current rapid economic and social development provides abundant information for the teacher's ethics construction ,it also brings new problems: the erosion of fame and wealth, the desalination of education for evaluating, the weakening of occupation honor, etc. In order to promote the construction, teachers must pay attention to the external environment and inner function, by optimizing the environment, constructing the system, and actively guiding.
