摘 要:电动汽车的并行数据采集系统设计提高电动汽车的运行状态和故障监测性能,传统的电动汽车并行数据采集采用VIX总线采集方法,随着电动汽车分布空间的增大和节点增多,并行总线上出现数据拥堵,导致监测性能不好。基于无线传感器网络(WSN)节点监控技术,提出一种基于WSN监控的电动汽车并行数据采集系统设计方法,首先结合电动汽车充电桩的传感器节点分布,进行了电动汽车路面节点分布定位融合,采用WSN监控方法进行电动汽车的传感器网络并行数据信息传输信道模型调制,采用DSP数字处理芯片进行电动汽车并行数据采集系统硬件电路设计。仿真实验结果表明,采用该系统进行电动汽车并行数据采集,具有较好的电动汽车运行状态实时数据的采集和融合处理能力,提高了对路面电动汽车运行状态的实时监控和管理能力。The parallel data acquisition system of electric vehicle is designed to improve the running state and fault monitoring performance of electric vehicle. The traditional electric vehicle parallel data acquisition method is based on VIX bus. Based on wireless sensor network (WSN) node monitoring technology, a new data acquisition system design method based on WSN is proposed. Firstly, the distribution of electric vehicle road nodes is distributed, and the data is modulated by WSN. The hardware circuit is designed by DSP digital processing chip. The simulation experiment results show that the system can be used in the data acquisition of electric vehicle, and the real-time data acquisition and fusion processing capability of the electric vehicle running state, which can improve the real-time monitoring and management ability of the electric vehicle running state.
