摘　　要：通过分析国内外中高职一体化人才培养模式改革现状,梳理中高职一体化人才培养模式改革的重点问题,以武汉铁路职业技术学院的中高职一体化人才培养模式的实践探索为例,分析了中高职一体化人才培养面临的机遇和挑战以及应对措施。Though an analysis of the status quo of cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education reform, this paper reviews key issues of talents cultivation mode of cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education reform, analyzes the opportunities and challenges for talents cultivation mode of cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education and puts forward solutions to the problems taking Wuhan Railway Vocational College of Technology as an example
