摘  要:高职院校的教师队伍素质较高,对事物有自己的独到见解,具备一定分析问题解决问题的能力,有较好自控能力;从另一个角度来看,高校教师自尊心较强,强硬的监督管理模式很难得到认可,所以要以柔性督导模式开展行之有效的监督疏导过程。这不仅可以落实整个学校的教学目标还能潜移默化提高真个教学水平的全面提高。The teachers in higher vocational colleges have higher quality, insightful views on things, a certain of ability to analyze and solve the problems, and better selfcontrol ability. However, from another point of view, these teachers have a strong selfesteem, and an intransigent supervision management model is hard to be accepted by them, so, a flexible supervision model is required to carry out effective supervision work. This can realize the teaching objectives of the whole schools and also improve the whole teaching imperceptibly.
