摘　　要：大学卓越教学的实施需有优秀的大学教师作支撑,大学教师的发展是影响教师教学能力提升的重要因素。教学发展是大学教师发展的基本内容,促进大学教师的教学发展的关键是创建重视教学和激励教学的动力机制,核心是提升大学教师教学能力。此研究从教师培训转向教师发展,完善教学发展中心组织建设,拓展内容丰富、形式多样的教学发展项目,健全教学发展中心的运行机制等方面提出了创新教师教学发展激励机制的具体建议。The implementation of excellent teaching in universities should be supported by excellent university teachers, and the development of university teachers is an important factor that affects the promotion of teachers＇ teaching ability. Teaching development is the basic content of University Teachers＇ development, and the key to promote the development of college teachers＇ teaching is to create the dynamic mechanism of enhancing and motivating teaching, and the core is to enhance the teaching ability of university teachers. It puts forward specific recommendations of the incentive mechanism of the development of teaching innovation, such as from the teacher training to the teachers＇ development, improve teaching development center organized constz^ction, expand the rich content, diverse forms of teaching development projects, sound mechanism for the operation of the center for teaching and learning development, etc.
