摘　　要：目的探讨Fascin和转录因子SP1在胃癌组织中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测63例胃癌患者手术切除的癌组织和癌旁组织中Fascin和SP1表达水平，并结合临床资料进行分析。结果Fascin在胃癌组织的表达率明显高于癌旁组织（41．27％比9．52％，P〈0．01），Fascin表达水平与胃癌组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关（P〈0．05）；SP1在胃癌组织的表达率明显高于癌旁组织（57．14％比12．70％，P〈0．01），SP1表达水平与胃癌TNN分期、淋巴结转移明显相关（P〈0．05）。结论检测Fascin和SP1有助于评估胃癌恶性程度。Objective To study the expression of Fascin and SP1 in gastric carcinoma and their clinical significances. Methods The expression levels of Fascin and SP1 in 63 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues and[ adjacent gastric tissues were detected by using immunohistochemical method. Results The ex- pression rate of Fascin in gastric carcinoma tissues was higher than that of non - cancerous adjacent gastric tissues （41.27% vs. 9. 52%, P 〈0. 01 ） ,the expressions of Fascin were related gastric carcinoma to his- tulogy grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the expression rate of SPI in gastric car- cinoma tissues was higher than that of non - cancerous adjacent gastric tissues （57. 14% vs. 12.70% ,P 〈 0. 01）, the expressions of SP1 were related gastric carcinoma to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The expressions of Fascin and SP1 may be used as biological indicators to eval- uate the degree of malignancy of gastric carcinoma.
