摘　　要：本研究结合学前教育现状以及相关研究成果，建构了一个由教师资格证、最高学历、第一学历所学专业、职称四个维度构成的幼儿园教师综合素质指标体系。逐步多元回归分析显示，与单一维度的教师特征变量相比，教师综合素质指数对幼儿园教育质量有更强的预测效应。基于此，研究者对教师综合素质指标体系的应用价值进行了初步探讨。Based on the current situation of preschool education and related research results, this study tries to establish a kin- dergarten teachers＇ comprehensive quality index system which includes four dimensions of teachers＇ license, highest degree, first degree major and academic tide. Multiple stepwise regression analysis indicates that compared with single dimension of teachers＇ feature variable, the comprehensive quality index system can better predict the education quality of a kindergarten. The researchers also did preliminary exploration of the application value of this system.
