摘 要:目的筛选微波辅助提取金银花中绿原酸的最佳工艺;初步探讨绿原酸清除自由基的活性。方法以金银花中绿原酸含量为考察指标,考查提取溶剂浓度、料液比、提取时间、微波功率等因素对提取效果的影响。采用正交试验设计优化了最佳提取工艺,采用DPPH法测定不同物质对总自由基的清除作用。结果最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度55%,料液比1:40,提取时间2min,微波功率520W。金银花中绿原酸有良好的抗氧化性。结论微波辅助提取金银花中绿原酸的最佳工艺可为其开发应用提供参考。Objective To optimize the conditions of the microwave-assisted extraction,and to study the free radical-scavenging activity of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle.Method The extraction yield of chlorogenic acid was investigated,and the effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and microwave power on extraction efficiency were analyzed.The optimum conditions of extraction were obtained by the orthogonal experiment design.Scavenging effect of different substances on total DPPH free radicals were determined.Results The optimum extracting conditions of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle were as follows:ethanol concentration was55%,solid-liquid ratio was 1:40,extraction time was 2 min and microwave power was 520 W.Chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle had good antioxidant activity.Conclusion The optimize conditions of the microwave-assisted extraction of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle can provide some reference for the exploitation and application of chlorogenic acid.
