摘  要:幼儿园转岗教师是指在我国农村义务教育学校布局调整背景下由中小学教师转为学前教育教师的一些教师,他们的加入对近年来农村学前教育的发展发挥了应有的作用。但由于中小学与幼儿园有着不同的教育对象、任务、内容及要求,使得中小学教师进入幼儿园后,在工作中普遍出现了职业适应性问题。幼儿园转岗教师的职业发展首先在于其职业认同和扎根学前教育,同时,既要通过系统培训学习掌握学前教育理论知识、基本技能和方法,还要在不断实践反思中提升教育智慧。The job-transfering teachers in kindergartens are a special group under the background of the layout adjustment of the schools of China's rural compulsory education. They play their due roles in the development of rural preschool education in recent years. Because of different educational objects,tasks,contents and requirements,there generally appear the problems of occupational adaptability in their work after the primary and middle school teachers enter the kindergartens.A fine professional identity is the premise of professional development for job-transfering teachers in kindergartens, which can promote them to take root in preschool education. At the same time,it is the foundation for the job-transfering teachers to master the knowledge, basic skills and methods of the theory of preschool education and to improve uncreasingly their educational wisdom in the practice through systematic training.
