摘  要:概念的缺位已经使得教师专业道德理论大厦摇摇欲坠。根据教师专业工作性质、专业活动的特征对专业道德概念进行梳理、界定已经成为一项重要而紧迫的基础理论工作。通过对专业道德发生时空、特征的分析,及其与职业道德等概念的关系的梳理,专业道德概念的内涵、特征基本清晰:教师专业道德是指教师在专业工作(发展)中、以及基于专业身份从事与专业工作相关或对专业工作产生影响的活动中,应当具备的道德观念、道德情操、道德品质,以及必须遵守的道德规范和行为准则。其基本特征是:具体性、实践性、养成性、激励性、发展性。The theory of teachers 'professional ethics are teetering because of the absence of concept, which made it neces- sary to define the concept of teachers 'professional ethics according to the nature and characters of teachers 'professional work. The concept can be defined by analyzing the time and space that teachers 'professional ethics works, characters of teachers 'professional ethics and relations of social ethics, private ethics, professional ethics, and the concept may be an expression that the principle, moral sentiment, moral quality which the teachers should have and the moral standard and behavior norm which the teachers should obey in their professional work and all relevant activities acting as a teacher. The character of teachers 'professional ethics are as following: concreteness, practical, developed, stimulation.
