摘  要:通过对太原工业学院经济与管理系大学生的专业满意度进行调查,建立结构方程模型、分析影响专业满意度的变量、通过AMOS软件拟合模型及检验,得出实践教学、入学前对专业的了解与期望、课程体系及教学教材选用等因素是影响经济与管理系大学生专业满意度的关键指标。提高大学生的专业满意度,高等教育专业教学应加强入学初的专业宣讲,明确专业发展目标,完善实践机制,增强学生专业能力,同时,选用教材应以应用型为主、理论型为辅。By investigating the professional satisfaction of college students in Economics and Management Department of Taiyuan Institute of Technology, establishing the structural equation model, analyzing the variables to influence the professional satisfaction, with the help of the AMOS software fitting model and test, it is concluded that such factors as practice teaching, understanding and expecting the major before admission, course system and textbooks choosing are the key indicators of the satisfaction of the students in Economics and Management Department. To improve the professional satisfaction of college students, in higher-education professional teaching we should strengthen the professional introduction at the beginning of students' learning, make clear the professional development goals, improve the mechanism of practice, enhance students' professional ability, and select the textbooks with application as dominant and theory as supplementary.
