摘  要:淀粉膜成膜载体的筛选组合,是解决限制淀粉膜产业化的关键因素之一。分别采用玻璃板、塑料板、铝板、不锈钢板、有机玻璃、特氟龙树脂板和特氟龙涂层板,糊化液质量浓度50 g/L,测定增强型、平衡型和抗湿型玉米淀粉膜制备的揭膜拉力、揭膜完整率、涂胶量、烘干时间、膜厚、膜含水率、膜抗拉强度和膜断裂伸长率。结果表明:特氟龙材质载体材料制膜效果显著(P<0.05)优于其他材料,成膜性能相对均衡。不同载体材料按揭膜拉力指标优劣排序:特氟龙涂层板=特氟龙树脂板>有机玻璃>玻璃板=塑料板>不锈钢板>铝板。对于抗湿型淀粉膜,按揭膜完整率指标优劣排序:特氟龙涂层板=特氟龙树脂板>塑料板>不锈钢板=有机玻璃=铝板=玻璃板,采用特氟龙涂层板载体,烘干6 h,涂胶量50 m L/100cm^2,揭膜拉力<1 N,膜完整率100%,可获得淀粉膜厚0.23 mm,膜抗拉强度16.97 MPa,膜断裂伸长率13.40%。The selection and combination of supporting materials for starch membrane formation is a key factor of overcoming the restriction of corn starch membrane industrialization. Glass,plastic,aluminum,stainless steel,plexiglass,teflon and teflon painted board were used with starch cataplasm of 50 g / L to examine membrane scrape strength,integrity,glue volume,drying time,thickness,moisture,tensile strength and elongation at break. The results indicated that teflon materials were significantly( P〈0. 05) superior to others with balanced performance. From the perspective of tensile strength,the order of different supporting materials is teflon and teflon painted board plexiglass glass and plastic stainless steel aluminum. To hydrophobic membrane,the order of integrity of different supporting materials is teflon and teflon painted board plastic stainless steel and plexiglass and aluminum and glass. Hydrophobic membrane with teflon and 6 h drying and glue volume50 m L / 100cm^2 achieved scrape strength1 N,integrity 100%,thickness 0. 23 mm,tensile strength 16. 97 MPa and elongation at break 13. 40%.
